Camp Information



  • Extended hours are billed on the hour & NOT the 1/2 hour.

  • Drop Off is promptly from 8:50 AM -9AM at the ‘Camp Room’ Pickup is promptly at 3 PM. A $10 per 15min charge will be added for late pickup that has not been pre-arranged.

  • All parents should remain in their vehicles for both drop off & pickup. A counselor will come help the child into the camp room & have you sign in/out. 

  • Cars should pull into the 'enter' side of the driveway & form 2 lines then pull forward and out. This will help things move much more quickly. 

  • While we do our best to keep friends together in camp groups, they are arranged by age, riding skill & behavior.

  • We cannot accommodate allergies on pizza Friday. If your camper can't eat regular cheese pizza, please send them with their normal lunch. 

  • All lunches should be packed with the appropriate utensils. We do not provide forks & spoons. 

  • Please pack campers an extra change of clothes! They WILL get dirty/ wet, etc. and may wish to change at some point in the day.

  • Easy to put on shoes are recommended for the afternoon water zone. (paddock boots are not easy to put on wet feet!)

Completed Summer Camp Packets must be downloaded here and scanned & emailed back to by June 15th.


Completed Packets will NOT be accepted the first day of camp for planning purposes.
